Yes! We partner with Affirm to offer 0% APR financing for 6–12 months on qualifying orders. You can check your rate at checkout with no impact to your credit score. Monthly payments start as low as $192/month.

Your eTrike ships directly to you securely packed in its box. It arrives mostly assembled, but you will need to perform some minor final assembly (like attaching the front wheel and adjusting the seat). We provide detailed video instructions, and it takes most riders about 30-45 minutes. No special tools are required!
Shipping
Shipping is completely free on all eTrike orders within the contiguous United States. Accessories orders over $50 also ship free. For Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
eTrikes are shipped via freight carrier (FedEx Freight or UPS Freight) with curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone should be available to receive the delivery.
Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States only. International shipping is planned for late 2026. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Product
Our standard models support up to 300 lbs. Our heavy-duty models (Trail Blazer) support up to 400 lbs with reinforced frames and axles. Check each product page for specific weight capacity details.
Range depends on the model, rider weight, terrain, and assist level. Generally, expect 30–60 miles on pedal-assist mode and 20–35 miles on throttle-only mode. Our Cruiser 500 with the 20Ah battery can reach up to 60 miles.
Our eTrikes are classified as Class 2 e-bikes with a top assisted speed of 20 mph. Pedal-assist engages up to 20 mph, and the throttle provides power up to 20 mph without pedaling.
Yes! All our eTrikes are rated IPX4 for water resistance, meaning they can handle rain and wet conditions. However, we don't recommend submerging them or riding through deep puddles. Always dry the battery contacts after wet rides.
Minimal maintenance is needed. Keep tires inflated, charge the battery regularly (even during storage), lubricate the chain monthly, and check brake pads every few months. We have a full maintenance guide on our website.
Warranty & Returns
Our 2-year comprehensive warranty covers the frame, motor, battery, controller, and all electrical components against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items like brake pads, tires, and chains are not covered. See our full warranty page for details.
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns (not exchanges). See our returns page for full details.
