1. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and discontinue products at any time. Product images are representative — actual product colors and configurations may vary slightly.
2. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation
- Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional shipping charges
- We do not currently ship internationally
4. Returns and Refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable

5. Warranty
- Frame: 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
- Motor and battery: 2-year limited warranty
- Components (brakes, drivetrain, seat): 1-year limited warranty
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaidBackRider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Product Safety and Use
Electric recumbent trikes are intended for use by adults on appropriate surfaces. Always wear a helmet. Obey all local traffic laws. Consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity. LaidBackRider is not responsible for injury arising from improper use, failure to follow safety guidelines, or riding in unsafe conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on LaidBackRider.com — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of LaidBackRider and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law
